It's official!

We turned in the marriage license today, so it is official! We are the Hendersons!! Married life is no walk in the park, but we could not be happier to be on this journey together as a family.

The Princess Returns

We can only hope...

Brianna came home today for the first time since we've been married! (It's only been a couple days guys, don't worry.) We missed her so much! Daddy and Brianna picked Mommy up from work, and all the cheer girls and moms got to spoil themselves with her presence. She was tired and fell asleep when we got home (after a bit of crying it out), and the King and Queen retired to their room which currently looks like a Goodwill storage closet. We will leave that problem for another day though!

Honesty is the Best Policy

Secrets get you nowhere, especially in a relationship. They are unfair and hurtful. The best decision one can make after holding onto a secret is to come clean, no matter how much it scares you. You owe it to the person you love to give them the truth. We know this, but it can be a difficult skill to master. Keep doing your best to better yourself and your relationship.

Organized Chaos

We have been married for only a little over twenty-four hours and have already found this to be true. Our wedding last night was a disaster...  No exaggeration needed. But despite every disastrous thing that happened last night, there were beautiful moments to counteract them all. We had a beautiful ceremony filled with smiles, laughs, and tears (happy ones), and our loved ones got to witness our becoming one. Although this road we're on may not be bump-free, we are buckled in and ready to enjoy the ride together. We are the Hendersons, and this is our crazy, beautiful story.
